"Postponing everything but English until exams roll around"
From now till the exams, that all I'm going to be doing, apart from play games.
Yea.
That sounds good, right?
=D
So.
I have 2 essay questions, a page of reading tasks, I can find more texts and recycle the tasks, maybe.
Should be good.
What have I learnt today?
- The autocorrect thinks that learnt is not a word.
- To always have a plan
Well, that's it from me.
Hoping that I still have time. 1 + 4 = 5 days, which is enough, right?

Dwarf Gunpowder Team
"A build order, is an optimization, of an idea."
I made my first strategy today =3
Namely, 2 Rax Rifles, or as Kram puts it, Dwarf Gunpowder Team.
It's just so satisying to make something that isn't "done", but still works nonetheless.
Just for the record, I was thinking about backpack, to ferry scrolls to hero, but it probably wouldn't have worked out.
And now I have a decent list of what I need to achieve and when.
=D
Now to move onto SC, which is far more dauting. For instance, it's a lot more macro oriented, and there's just far too many units to do the funky micro as usual.
I'll learn, eventually, I suppose.
And erm.
Study. Yea, about that. I did some math, and some english, cause those two come first, due to priorities.
Maybe tomorrow will be more learning, of any sort. I don't know.
What else...
Oh. I'm so going to go on Pro Tour for MTG one day. Just you wait. =3
Hoping I follow through with it.

A Holidays of Learning.
"It's like...study."
I have learnt today that:
- Numb arms are not fun.
- "Always have a plan"
- To have patience if you have the advantage
- That improvement doesn't come from playing lots, it's thinking and playing.
- That strategy is pretty =O
- That I should be doing more work
- That podcasts are very distracting. I can't even think straight.
K, that's better.
Feel, I have been ready to it
Feel, (there's) no need to be reserved.
Feel, kurayami no naka de watashi wo sagashi dashite
Feel, you know it's easy to do so.
Feel, don't be afraid of it
Feel, kono semai sekai ni tatta futari dake no
Touch, I can't see well in the dark.
Touch, give me it not to have fear.
Touch, nameraka na shiruku ni yubi wo suberaseteite
Touch, give me a listen to wisper.
Touch, I love your affable voice.
Touch, madoromi no naka de zutto tayutatteiruno
That's a lot better. I can think now. Hmmm...
Well, in a more expandy-bordery way, rather than a single minded way.
And so, what have I learnt...
That I should be doing more work, predominantly.
But also that I should be developing my own style to doing things.
That is; once my mechanics are perfect =3
Hoping I won't fall too behind in studying.

For a lack of anything else.
"He always starts with a quote, and ends with "Hoping...""
What's my day been like...
I have:
- Discovered how to fold a Houou. Which is...think the pokemon. (I don't know how to spell it)
- Discovered that my TvX is balls, and should get better, namely with using SCVs to make Turrets so that my mines actually do something. And to Push better.
- Discovered that apparently I'm not afraid of failure. Except, that I don't like playing immediately after a loss and would much rather watch a pro replay, THEN play.
- Discovered that Dropships = Good.
- Discovered that we haven't learned a lot of stuff that the Cambridge 3U textbook has. Rather, that I'm skipping questions mainly because they aren't likely to turn up in the test. (Ie; Double Angle, Triple Angle, applications of...)
- Discovered that I am indeed getting better at SC, but only because I'm doing things more optimally, or actually doing them (Read: Pushing with tanks, mines turrets, and constant SCV production. My macro's sort of ok, I can get 4 bases, and 10+ factories, the problem is pushing, and multitasking)
- Discovered that I will probably be fine for the Eng Adv half year, but it still doesn't mean that I'm not anxious about it.
I think that's about it.
Time to practice pushing and such against AI. 1v3 sounds about fair, right?
I don't know.
Hoping someone else does.

Micemeat.
"3 Mice for $9"
Obviously from a nice butcher I know.
Also.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6EwzTKjdbCc
I really love (tehe.) that song. It's just so cool.
Anyway.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYQHMSN13j4
I'm slowly learning that. I'll start learning it properly when half years are over.
http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/un-owen-was-her-un%E3%82%AA%E3%83%BC%E3%82%A8%E3%83%B3%E3%81%AF%E5%BD%BC%E5%A5%B3%E3%81%AA%E3%81%AE%E3%81%8B%EF%BC%9F
Lol.
Anyway.
What's left..hm.
Protip: Pull SCV's from gas once you have 100 and then put them back on when your first Fac has been finished (SiegeExpand)
I seriously did not know that until this year. And I've been using that opening since ever.
I would have written something slightly more relevant, but I don't care.
Deep and thoughtful stuff goes here when I feel like it, and right now. I just want to play some SC.
Hoping the adv essay isn't open thesis.

Obamaman is coming.
"Change...is under the sofa."
Anyway, a semi-productive day today.
Math textbook, development + extension questions for 1A => 1D
(I'm postponing other study besides english adv and math. Also, from now on, doing Extension questions only until..I finish the topics in the book that we've done in class.)
English Adv Essay, from scratch, and finished in something like an hour.
That's it.
I need to work on my maths, but also my Siege Expand and 1RaxExpo.
And will there be a new me after the holidays? The answer is probably: No.
But given how change works, I'm not one to say if I have changed.
There is someone I know, who despite it all, is either one of the saddest, or one of the happiest people I know. (I don't really know them that well.) But they're a friend. And I was thinking about this, and how they didn't really like talking serious stuffs.
"Those who have every right to complain, don't. Those that don't, do."
No, it's not a quote. I just made it up. But...
It's right, right?
I don't think I should say much, but against all odds, they survived when they shouldn't be alive...

Call it his theme song.
But he loves it.
Hoping someone else understands.

Fun Party, Noble got eaten by Carp, Needs you to make more coins.
"Beer."
Ok, so for those who didn't go, it was quite awesome, really fun, and laidback.
Also, Kram, for the record, I put $10 in coins because I can't put a note in there, and expect you to go "Hm. Let's open this!"
At least with coins, you can open it yourself.
So happy birthday.
On another note, I'm really jealous of you Kael. Hence, I'll get SC2 sometime, just to appease my jealousy.
Not that it matters, and it's not your fault either.
Erm.
What else. Too much sweet stuff, the only sweet thing I can tolerate in high amounts is soft drink.
Also, some other people like my stories! Yay.
Although.
"When you don't want criticism, it is given, and when you want it, it isn't." So...what to do, huh?
And er. Chocolate is bleh, as is heights. It's not that I don't trust my balance (It's near perfect. Except if you invert gravity; Ie, somersaults and the like)
It's just that I don't like heights. At all.
Grr.
Anyway.
Hoping you guys are ready FOR A WEEK OF STUDY AND GAMING AND MORE STUDY.
