A Whimsical Post for a Whimsical Day.

"Deep thought."

So, I was going to post this morning, but ended up posting at night. Whatever.

I have written another story, yet, I'm not sure whether...

It's a nice idea, not sure if it's solid. If feels like it could unravel. So, it needs to be tighter, probably.

Oh well. Erm. I think that's really all that's happened today.

Nothing too special, right?

Well, things are starting to bore me again. Whatever.

I should probably edit it some more, and maybe see what others think. Most likely though, I'll have to rewrite the entire thing, soon.

The quotes don't match so well, the story is a bit lacking, etc. etc.

It's like when you make a deck, and you know that it'll probably fail, but it's complete, so who cares.

Hoping I get round to editing it.

Hmm....

"Traditional?"

Ok, funny story.

Without me wanting my story to be set in Japan, it ended up being set there.

Well. Dr. Poetry's looking at it atm. Probably.

I dunno.

I just need to pick it up on tuesday.

In the meantime, I feel like playing games, because there's 0 work to be done (Not true, but I cbf)

Hoping it doesn't matter too much.

Niku, niku, niku, niku, niku, niku, niku, niku!~

"Yakiniku!"

A summary of the day, I suppose, before I link things.

Chem? New story idea, otherwise boring.
English? Freaking awesome; double bludge period, did absolutely no work, probably not good for me, but what the hell.
Physics? Booooooooooring. =( Computers + Ogle + Sore Throat Ogle = No fun, at all.
Maths? Bearable...owwwwwwww *Just bit his cheek.* Ok, well. I don't like being on the corner, only because it restricts mobility.
Scripture? English teach's handwriting is apparently very comical. I agree it's borderline illegible, but it's not *that* funny...right?

Ok, so. Link first. THIIIIIIIIIIIS

It's sooooooooo catchy =D

(Bonus points for the people who notice a reference that you actually *get* It is there...)

Now...

My English teach thought that my story was "Great, but of course room for improving" =D (Should I get a copy to Dr. Poetry...I'm not sure if she's mind or not...Hmmmmm.)

My English teach also gave me lotsa critiques and help with essay, and also, that "As a concept, its marvelous as Creative Writing and at a human level (I don't get that either. But apparently it makes him wonder whether I've had something like this happen to me or not.)

My English teach thought I was Jap. (Haha.)

My Swimming teach thought that I worked out at the Gym (Guy-m?)

My friends think...what do they think?

I don't know what to think of myself.

"Do what you can, so that you can change your future."

There's a lot to work on, but I really forgot to ask what "Yes...but" means.

Whatever. That's pretty much my day. It couldn't possibly get better, right? (Imagines emails flooding in. =DDDDDD)

Also, I think a lot of people are doing SMH now. That's nice, I suppose. I'm getting a little jealous though. I don't know why. (Not a day passes where I'm not jealous, I suppose.)

Hoping tomorrow is just as good. (Should probably get a refined ver for Dr. Poetry.)

Of my day?

"Nyeh..."

I don't want to say much, so let's quickly summarise.

1) English will be fine
2) Parent Teach night should be interesting
3) Reading manga when I probably shouldn't be
4) Have not even started story
5) We were not breaking arms/wrists
6) I was not "hitting on" her
7) You're all biased.
8) Lord Henry is not my best friend.

That is pretty much all.

Time to link

Hoping I actually do some work today. I neglected to do math hw yesternight. Sigh.

Tuesday, June 7, 2011

Yea, yea, yea.

So, a very eventful day overall, which follows E of MICE.

Anyway.
1)Physics
2)Cranes
3)Pen Throwing
4)MP3 player "broke"
5)Vaccination
6)New story!
7)Poetry needs to be in the writing
8)Handed in Essay, need to hand in the permission for Ext Eng.

Anyway, there's a lot to think about, but, here's a preview for the story.

Basically, it was me thinking, in the car, on the way to bus stop that...

What was it...

It was some idea which led to the "End line" of my story. Daaaaaaamn. I forgot it.

Oh. I was listening to the Radio, Dave Brubeck comes on with some "Rondo" I forget the name.

And then, I was also listening to one of my songs, I think it was...

Ghostly Orchestra ~ Phantom Ensemble

I think that's the title. Anyway, it culminated in me thinking about ^ song which I linked, and then, lastly, with a story that is both happy and sad.

And that's as many hints are you're going to get.

First person to guess what the story is about, down to the letter gets a cookie.

EDIT: Not that it matters too much, but technically I could be playing TF2 sometime. Though, it might be a MASSIVE time drain.

Hoping tomorrow is just as eventful. (Btw, Left arm is rotting. Or, feels like it.)

Speeding through topics.

"Wow."

Yes. Physics tomorrow, Essay today.

Another 1 day essay? Yea, whatever. 40 minutes is usually enough for composing something in the 11-12 mark range.

Despite it all, I did not end up writing essays throughout the topic, because it was so fast. I mean serious. 2 weeks from now, I'll be doing a test on this, and a week before that, I'll be presenting something with ICT.

As usual, it shall be my overly verbose, colloquial lecture/presentation with gestures + Ppnt.

Something to note, Aereas. Why do people complain?

Answer that THEN complain about me complaining about not having enough time for everything (Technically, I can always complain about it)

Hoping I do well in physics, but also get this essay done.

Bored, Hungry, Tired.

"As per usual..?"

Not much to say or do.

I did edit my story, again, somehow. Even though I thought it was my last edit. Whatever.

Poetry, is soon, too. Too soon.

Physics in a nutshell:

1) Aristotle
2) Aristachus (Arid Starch USA)
3) Ptolemy (Some guy.)
4) Copernicus
5) Tycho Brahe
6) Johannes Kepler
7) Galileo Galilei
8) (Sir) Mr. Isaac Newton
9) Albert(o) Einstein

Too tired to care.

Law for Gravitation: F = (G (m1) . (m2)) / r^2

Where F is in Newtons
Where G is a constant with dummy dimensions
Where m1 + m1 is in Kilograms
Where r is displacement between the centre of gravity of the two bodies in metres.

Keplar's Laws of Planetary Motion
1) Law of ellipses
Planets revolve in Ellipses in the Solar System
2) Law of Areas
Radii of an ellipse "sweep" out equal areas in equal times
3) Law of...something. Relationship between distance and time.
T^2/D^3 = k

Where k is 1 for all objects in our Solar System

That is; T^2 is proportional to D^3

There T is time in light years (?) and D is distance/displacement in AU(s).

Limitations of models:

Generally crap telescopes; only had naked eye vision (So to speak)

Poor understanding of motion and physics pre-Newton. Which means that a heliocentric, heliostatic model doesn't "feel" right.

Dogmatic Christian Church People shouting "NO YOU'RE WRONG. YOU DESERVE A HOUSE ARREST DICTATED BY OUR GOD." => Galileo is imprisoned, Science takes a step backward, technically, through the denial of a great thinker. Just like light is the abscence of darkness and vice versa. Which means that yet again, Religion has screwed something up.

Religion = Human Construct = "Creation is the work of a lifetime, destruction, the work of an afternoon."

Moving on.

HR Diags:

White star => MS => Super Giants => Giants => MS => Neutron Star/Black Hole, as dictated by the graph evolution series thing, and my eidetic memory.

Oops. I looked at the book wrong. Get rid of Super Giants, relabel Giants as Red Giants, and that's the evolutionary track for a 1SM star.

Luminosity rel. color rel. temperature.

That is, they're all linked. As you move towards the top right of the HR Diag, stars generally get bigger, because bigger stars = more SA = more need for energy = more temperature, etc. etc.

Gravity and Pressure are in opposition to one another.

As temperature goes up, the more dominant wavelength are the shorter ones.

So, Temperature is inverse prop. to wavelength.

Ah. The third law is called "Law of Periods"

Lastly, because I missed it. Similar to Gravitation, luminosity of a star is inverse prop. to the square of the distance from the centre of that star. It's exactly the same for Gravity. All good.

G is incredibly small, btw.

Anyway, that should cover it all.

Hoping all my memorised info was right, and to the syllabus. Also that I didn't forget anything.
