Time rushing isn't quite so fun
Not when you're losing a lot of fun
And thus, at the end of the day
You should not be time rushing
Because it makes people sad.
Hoping you would not notice.

Sitting in a corner is never a good thing
But i do it a lot anyway. And inspiration also comes from different places. Sometimes it is from a big event, others, it is just the realisation that i am really late and that i should not bake a cake as the oven will probably be left outside and the cat set on fire.
Other times, it is the realisation that a big event is actually coming up and that i am completely and absolutely unprepared. It is all very hectic, but that is how things generally are, and i guess you just go with the flow after a while.
It all makes me think of what i am going to do a few years from now, or even a few minutes from now because of some other thing and comtemplating the usefulness of a course of action. While sitting in a corner. It all means that i get to gauge people's reactions to certain things and thus make up a story in my head so i can write about it later, albeit, with different names and all that.
I remember reading a newspaper once and it featured an article on the very controversial MySchool website. Now i hate that site with a passion because it is completely unfair. People who have no idea where schools are and view this site think, "Hey this school (which is rural) is not nearly as good as this school (which is a selective high in NSW)" and thus makes it all unfair and puts more pressure on the teachers. It is made even worse with Julia Gillard wanting to use parents as "strike breakers". And what happens if a fight starts with these parents as carers? Legal ramifications up to the Seventh Circle, that's what. Even worse is this insensitive "grown-up" who said "Teachers don't want the results posted on the MySchool website because it means they have to work harder". Clearly this person has been living under a boulder for the past decade, what with all those televised strikes and all! Besides missing the actual point of the protests, which is shaming schools who do worse because the students do not wish to do better instead of the teacher's lack of passion for their work, why should they work harder for the same crappy pay they get now?
Hoping you don't meet too many insensitive cowards throughout your life.

To clarify.
My apologies for the last post. To clarify:
1.No, I did not shoot someone in this so called "Reno"
2.I know what the phrase "5 finger discount" means, i was just musing on the musability (?) of the origins of the word
3.My Life
I have also come to realise that i am pretty polite and i will probably stay that way. Oh well. (Be Polite!)
And i figure that if you ever have one shot at something, you should milk it for all it has got and to be very careful. Sometimes those ideals clash and certainly, to me, they do. A lot of the time i am sitting in the corner just wondering what i should do and if it would be rude.
At the same time i do not like (maybe hate) people who believe that a very high level of respect (family/very close friends level) is "common courtesy" to them. It just seems to me that they refuse to respect others and their need for a sense of bonding first to that person in order to trust them. Trust takes a loooooot of time. It makes me angry to think that they can get away with it because they are in a higher social status, but thus is democracy in a democratic country.
I have also come to realise that i should fight more for what i want. This realisation came from watching someone else and it made me think about myself.
Wow. When i grow old(er) i will have some neat stories to tell. Cool.
Hoping you find some neat things to tell people.

I apologise
Sorry i could not write yesterday, did not have any time because of various matters including a haircut and some aquisitions.
And are not i entitled to being sad or regretful and not sharing the details? It does not matter what i have done and you should probably consider yourself special if you do know the details but there is something that i have done a few years back that still makes me sad, not for me, but for the people around me and i do not think that anyone will know as yet. (No, no clues.)
In any case, i have also decided to write down my fears somewhere so i can laugh nervously at them at a later date. I know it sounds silly, and it probably is, but oh well. I already have a few in mind, and it is not the usual ones, from what i can see. Spiders, snakes, fine, but everyone is entitled to trying to stay alive for as long as possible without any life-scarring incidents with life-scarring toxins and animals.
In a bid to make these posts longer, i have decided to spend a little more time on them than i have earlier this week. Perhaps...
And i have yet to start on that AAA thingy. Perhaps i will also bring some of those batteries to the offical day which is coming up soon, but not many people heed because they refuse to be kinder to people. Just yesterday i was discussing the merits of different suburbs and one of the arguements was, which suburb has more polite people. The thing is that, everywhere there are insensitive and impolite drunkards who refuse to acknowledge anyone's prescence be it they are a giant in a teapot (some teapot!) or someone with thermoptic camo (this is not harry potter y'now). They are just insensitive bastards which demand the hardest hardships you can throw at them (including a bin and perhaps a dreadnought).
Funny what you remember after reading some literature and listening to a lecture.
And i like the phrase "five finger discount". Hehe. It is so funny! Though i wonder how it really came around into being. 5 noughts off? I would not know.
Hoping you find a phrase you like. A lot.

I have regrets.
Except, perhaps deeper than i first thought. There are only two main ones, and though i will not tell you what they are, it still saddens me to this day. Sure, they are not life-threatening ones as of yet, but it is still sad.
Though in considering (not inconsiderate) another piece of literature very recently aquired, the boiling down of it is. "Be Persistent". And thus, i will try to be from now on. I wonder how it will fare.
Hoping Wonderland does not actually exist.
PS: Pity that creative writing is not on this year. I was so looking forward to it. I have even got a story for it!

Self-referentialism
As much as i could be mean and say, yes it is you, i will not because that would be lying and while i could lie my way out of this one too, i do not think that i should and thus; No, it is not you. (Hint:She is older than you.) BONUS POINTS!: Name the exact situation so i know what you are talking about but with no details; ie. names and whatnot. And no, "the blonde woman" doesn't really count.
But beyond that, i find it much easier to write a story when i am the protagonist as well as the bard. Maybe i could write another where i am an observer. Invisible and sees invisible. Oh, yea.
I would really hope that nothing much happens for the next week, because there is already a lot going on, including a full set of papers to write. I am bubbling with anticipation! (No, not really.)
Also, i have come to realise the irony of many situations well after when it happens, thus, the "beauty of hindsight". It is still quite sad and though it may be a sad thought, it does not mean i am sad. Nor angry.
Hoping you can be more regular.

Your expectations are surpassed!
And mine are too. It is sometimes pleasant, sometimes weird, but it is always surprising. I am still amazed by two occurances of this expectation surpassing-ness (?) and it is wonderful and kind of interesting too.
And it would seem that others are more forgiving than i am. So..
I re-read another piece of literature that i hold, having got it fairly recently and remembering how it relates to me. It would seem that having high standards is something that you can not see until someone else points it out to you in red and blue (for lack of a better cliche, of course. Maybe a simile too.). It is all very interesting and sad at the same time. Perhaps i am sad too much of the time, but it is not a break down in tears sad, more of a regret sad. And there is a lot of that.
Also, the case of righteous people. It angers me to see people abuse their power and refuse to admit their faults, instead lash out on people of "lower" status/class to them. It is a very broad statement, but i would hope that a few know what i am on about. It is outrageous to think in a democratic society, which they would be advocating, that this injustice would happen. But it does, and on a too regular basis. Hmph.
Hoping you see what i see.

"You cannot plead ignorance"
I think I'm not alone in the injustice of "intelligent = ignorant". The two adjectives are completely standalone and are in no way related, as of a definition. Due to real world not being a dictionary, however, people's judegements slip. And I am very angry about it. In short, i don't have much time to write this and thus am trying to keep it as brief as possible, given what i have seen (or heard). Just know that I am angry and you should be, too.
Besides that, i now have 2 pieces of literature, written by me, read by about 3-4 people which tell me not to use contractions, and thus, i will endeavour to stop using contractions and to express myself "better" or "more refined", i suppose. With fancy words like "fancy".
So keep it simple. Stupid.
K.I.S.S. your fortunes goodbye!
Hoping you never need to use that stupid acronym(?).

It would seem....
Upon the topic of auras, i really don't buy the "ooh, you have a black aura, you're going to kill everyone around you (metaphorically)", but i do think that how you see yourself and others, and projecting yourself is that "aura". Sure, there are people who hide things (in fact, isn't that everyone?) but mainly the first impression is the right one, unless they're truly deluding everyone including themselves.
And no, i don't know what i'm on about, you can disregard me, but i would like it if you didn't blantantly state it because it would hurt my feelings.
But really, it's a slow week with nothing much to do except exaggerate the effects of friction on paper aeroplanes which leads to spontaneous combustion and thus death of your house and eventually, you.
Though i have thought up a mini-list of my favorite words/phrases and here they are:
1."In any case"
2."Delusions of Grandeur"
3."But"
4."Tautalogic"
I think there's more and if i remember them, i'll rewrite and add to this list. (No, it's not for something more to write; filler, it's obviouisly a genuinely interesting concept. Somehow. Bonus Points!: Find out how!)
Hoping you never get onto one of them Japanese game shows with octopus and wasabi. And hopefully you won't eat it either!

Pay It Forward
It's a great film about abuse, altruism and what one person can do to change the world. Personally, the film is good, the themes are brilliant but it's not really viable. Maybe you have seen it or heard about it, and if the latter, you should watch it.
It's also very interesting because it prompts me to try a few experiments, and see what happens. I'm not normally altruistic, so we'll see how this turns out. Obviously i can't really tell details because:
1.I haven't thought of something yet
2.It's a surprise!
Okay, maybe not the second, but still.
And for once, it's a Hollywood film with a sad ending. They're quite far and few between sometimes.
Hoping you will heed me/this/it
