"A shiny NEW dragon!" - Guess where.
After watching an ad for Back to the Future, which a certain Kael I know, loves, it made me draw a really stretched but none-the-less valid comparison between Doc and The Doctor. Really.
Both have really really white hair and are somewhat old. (Well...About 2/11 of The Doctor's forms had really old guys. So it's still valid.)
Both are Time Lords. (Sort of, for the former.)
Both like really quaint stuff. (Jules Verne and Custard/Bow Ties/Tweed.)
There was more, but I forgot.
Actually, more brilliant ideas.
Canceling the revenge plan, because there's no point and I have a new, shinier idea. But be very afraid. It will work.
A health inspector walks into a restroom and inspects (duh.) the toilets. Upon finding 2 D batteries in one of the toilets, he leaves. His report the next day is as follows.
"Positively Shocking!"
Well, not all of my ideas are that bad, at least.
And perhaps in this era at least, Privacy has gone out the window. Really, everything is being evolved at such a pace as to which privacy in the developed worlds is dying and poverty in the developing worlds is increasing. Makes you wonder how everything still functions. It is a world on the edge of collapse. Think of it like burnout, because that's what it's doing.
How fun.
That lack of privacy means that trust is all the more important, if it is lost several times. Over and over. It is built, expanded and torn down. It's the new fashion statement, really. It is important, but then again, increasingly easy to lie to someone with no consequence. Unless you're one of those "Any lie is bad" people. Which...is an interesting viewpoint, but you can't argue by example, I would think.
And relevance is what drives things. Without relevance, there is no reality.
Moral of the story is, Keep It Simple Stupid. One point is better done that many.
Hoping I fix a few things and make my plans, work.

Your paragraph about privacy and poverty was like a paragraph for that English forum.
I don't know. I'm one of those 'any lies are bad' people. It's sad that society doesn't trust as much, because if you trust too much, you might be taken advantage of.
I don't love it only the part where he plays johnny b gud
